The Richard Nova Initiative (RNOVA) is a humanitarian and development organization founded to respond to the pressing needs of humanity through sustainable interventions, innovation, and global partnerships. RNOVA operates on the principle that every individual deserves dignity, access, and opportunity irrespective of geography, gender, or social class.

As a newly founded NGO, Richard Nova Initiative is in its foundational phase — developing programs, building partnerships, and mobilizing resources for community impact.

Community Needs Assessment Project: To identify the most pressing humanitarian issues in selected communities within Abuja and surrounding states.
Back-to-School Support Drive: Providing learning materials for children in low-income communities.
Women Empowerment Program: Training women and young girls in small-scale entrepreneurship and financial literacy.
Health Awareness Campaign: Promoting hygiene and preventive health education in rural areas.
Volunteer Recruitment and Training: Building a strong team of passionate volunteers and coordinators.
